Abstract

Abstract

          The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on organizational loyalty: case study of ABC company. The research sample consisted of 261 employees in production department. The questionnaire was used to collect to data. The descriptive statistics is used to analyze data includes frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture in the dimension of hierarchical organizational culture and motivation in the dimension of demand of engagement and demand for power had positive effect on organizational loyalty to at 0.01 significant level. All of the independent variables were able to determine loyalty by 63.70% (AdjR2 = 0.637).
