Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare the perceived image of the Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Nakhon Ratchasima

among stakeholderswhich are university students, alumni, parents, and communities

around the university. The research instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire.

The samples consist of 432 people. The statistics used to analyze the data are percentage, mean, and the standard deviation. The hypothesis of this research is examined by t-test and the one-way Analysis of Variance. The results of thestudy found

that the perceived image of Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Nakhon Ratchasima in the aspect of the physical environment and the service are significantly different among the groups of stakeholders at0.05 significant level. However, the perceived image in the aspect of organization’s identity, the reputation, and the interpersonal communication is not significantly different.
