Financial Potential of Local Administrative Organizations: A Case Study of Lup Kha Subdistrict Administration, Kaeng Khro District, Chaiyaphum Province.

Abstract

       The purposes of the research are 1. To study the general status of organization on the capacity of providing finance services. 2. To study its problems and obstacles of the organization^,s treasury services regarding treasury personnel,  rules, regulations, and budget allocation of the treasury work. 3. To study the relationship between gender, age, education and accupation and the ability to manage the treasury of the organization. 4. To study the salution to the treasury of the organization. The result revealed that strengthening the capacity development of treasury services will be achieved as follows 1). Providing knowledge about the roles and responsibilities of the people in the operations of the organization. 2). Stimulate public awareness of participation and realize the good and bad. 3). Compaige for the organization to organize a mobile traveling unit into the community to listen to opinions, recognize problems and needs of the community. 4) Stimulate the management and service staff to be aware of the service and promote the training to learn new things. 5) Develop and improve rules, regulations and related laws to reduce work steps. 6) Public relations campaige disseminate information especialy finance and fiscal use of the budge to maximize benefits. 7) Campaingning for related agencies to become partners in the development of capacity in providing tseasury services.
