Coronavirus disease 2019; COVID-19 It is an emerging disease with a pandemic. In addition to affecting the body of the infected person. There is also a rapidly increasing death rate. Affects the mental state of the people in a wide area. Especially the mental state of the stressed individuals of the countries where the outbreak occurred. It was found that the person had little stress up to severe. The stress caused by fear of infection concerns from lock down measures, declaring areas at risk of infection, economic problems, unemployment and layoffs. This event creates difficulties in life for a person. When a person is unable to adapt to changes, it results in stress. Therefore, stress management is an adaptation to changing situations. To achieve a person's mental balance. Therefore, it is imperative that individuals take action to manage stress for themselves and can solve problems effectively. This will result in the person being able to adapt to survive in today's society.
