Abstract

Developing an organization for better agility is an important part of organization's success. Applying appropriate modern management concept in practice is therefore another planned change program for achieving desired outcomes. This academic paper focuses on the application of agile methodology, which has been widely used in the software industry that brings their work processes achieving more agility and efficiency. Better financial results, customer satisfaction and employee efficiency are key benefits of this planned change program.
