Colleges Director and Teacher ’S Competency Affecting the Quality of Education Management of Technical Colleges Under the Office of the Vocational Educational Commission

Abstract

          This purposes of research were to study 1) the level of competency of the technical director and teacher Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission 2) the quality of educational management of technical colleges Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission 3) the level of competencies of the directors and teachers that influence the quality of educational management of technical colleges Under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, academic year 2018, 60 colleges from technical colleges in areas throughout the country that are used as a framework for selecting samples by allowing the probability of selection to be directly proportional to the number of students in each college. Data was analyzed using mean standard deviation coefficients of simple correlation values and the analysis of weight values, the importance of the initial variables affecting the dependent variables by multiple regression analysis
          The results revealed that;
          1. Competency of the director and teacher of most technical colleges was at a high level. This characteristic of the director and teacher of each college was slightly different.
          2. Educational management quality of technical colleges under the office of the Commission Vocational education revealed that
              2.1 The results of the national vocational education test (V-NET) of the third year vocational certificate students (Vocational Certificate 3) and the level of the vocational certificate level 2 (Diploma 2) werecat the level fail This characteristic of each college was a little different.
              2.2 The results of the external quality assessment round 3 (2011-2015) was in a good level. This characteristic of each college was a little different.
          3. The level of competency according to the competency of the director and teacher had a positive effect on the education management quality of technical colleges under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission
