Abstract
Palliative care in primary care unit is a comprehensive care, including bio, psycho, social, and spiritual care. The important part that makes the care successfully is basic knowledge of palliative care approach. Start from home health care, opioid available, good primary care system, good contact with secondary and tertiary care, and good coordinations.
