Author Ethical Responsibilities
Articles considered for publication must be original and not previously published or under review by other journals.

The content of the article must align with the journal's objectives.

Articles must not involve plagiarism or duplication of other authors' work.

Authors must properly cite sources when incorporating others' work, including images, tables, etc.

Authors must ensure the accuracy of references and adhere to the journal's citation format.

Articles must comply with the journal's formatting and template requirements.

All listed authors must have made genuine contributions to the research.

Authors must disclose funding sources and any conflicts of interest in the article and inform the editor.

Authors should not cite or reference academic documents they have not read and should only cite relevant materials as necessary.

If including acknowledgments, authors should seek permission from those they wish to acknowledge before publication.

Authors must not report false, fabricated, distorted, or selectively presented data that align only with the desired conclus\ions.

If the study involves human or animal subjects, ethics approval from an institutional review board must be provided. The editorial board has the final decision on publication approval.
Editor Roles and Responsibilities
Editors are responsible for all published content and must:

Base acceptance or rejection of articles on significance, novelty, clarity, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Clarify the peer review process and address any deviations from standard procedures.

Provide an appeal process for authors who disagree with editorial decisions.

Publish clear submission guidelines and update them regularly.

Avoid reversing previous rejection decisions unless serious issues arise.

New editors should not override prior editorial rejections without justifiable reasons.
Responsibilities to Reviewers

Maintain reviewer confidentiality unless the journal follows an open review process, which must be communicated in advance.
Reviewer Roles and Responsibilities

Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and not disclose article content to unauthorized individuals during the review process.

If a reviewer has a conflict of interest with an author, they must inform the editor and decline the review.

Reviewers should only assess articles within their expertise and report any similarities or redundancies with existing work to the editor.
