เส้นทางการพัฒนาตนเองและองค์กรของผู้ประกอบการจากประสบการณ์จริง: กรณีศึกษาผู้ประกอบการส่งออกน้ำยางรายหนึ่งในภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์เส้นทางการพัฒนาตนเองของผู้ประกอบการส่งออกน้ำยางรายหนึ่ง 2) ศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนาองค์กรที่เอื้อต่อความสำเร็จทางธุรกิจควบคู่กับการพัฒนาตนเอง และ 3) สังเคราะห์ปัจจัยและแนวทางการพัฒนาที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในธุรกิจ โดยใช้วิธีวิทยาการวิจัยชีวประวัติชาติพันธุ์วรรณาผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ ผู้ประกอบการส่งออกน้ำยางรายหนึ่งในภาคใต้ และพนักงานในบริษัทที่มีอายุงานมากกว่า 2 ปีขึ้นไป รวมทั้งสิ้น 6 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง รวมถึงศึกษาเอกสารและองค์ประกอบแวดล้อมควบคู่กับการสังเกต ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลด้วยการใช้การตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้าและการให้ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญยืนยันความถูกต้อง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การพัฒนาตนเองของผู้ประกอบการส่งออกน้ำยางรายหนึ่งในภาคใต้เกิดจากข้อจำกัดของชีวิตวัยเด็กทั้งข้อจำกัดด้านการศึกษาและฐานะจึงทำให้เป็นแรงผลักดันในการพึ่งพาตนเอง มีวินัย และเรียนรู้จากการลงมือทำจริงจนสร้างทักษะใหม่ 2) การพัฒนาธุรกิจให้ประสบความสำเร็จเกิดจากความเป็นผู้ประกอบการเชิงรุก การจัดการแบบครอบครัว และธรรมาภิบาลข้ามรุ่น โดยอาศัยการเรียนรู้จริง เครือข่ายและความมีวินัยส่งผลให้องค์กรยืดหยุ่นและเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน และ 3) ปัจจัยสำคัญที่นำไปสู่ความสำเร็จ ประกอบด้วย คุณค่าหลัก คือ ความซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน และการประหยัด การเรียนรู้จากการลงมือปฏิบัติ มีความเป็นผู้ประกอบการเชิงรุก ทุนทางสังคมและธรรมาภิบาลครอบครัวที่ผสานกันเป็นต้นแบบของผู้ประกอบการ ข้อเสนอเพื่อการวิจัยครั้งต่อไป ได้แก่ การค้นหารูปแบบการบริหารที่บูรณาการอย่างลงตัวระหว่างแบบครอบครัวกับแบบสากลควรเป็นอย่างไร
