การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีในบริบทชุมชน: การบูรณาการทฤษฎี ปัจจัยเชิงสังคม ทุนทางสังคม และการมีส่วนร่วม

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีในบริบทชุมชนจากทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยร่วมสมัย 2) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยี ปัจจัยด้านสังคม ทุนทางสังคม และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และ 3) พัฒนากรอบแนวคิดเชิงบูรณาการสำหรับอธิบายการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีในบริบทชุมชน โดยบูรณาการมุมมองทางทฤษฎีที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ แบบจำลองการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ทฤษฎีรวมการยอมรับและการใช้เทคโนโลยี ทฤษฎีการแพร่กระจายนวัตกรรม ทฤษฎีทุนทางสังคม ปัจจัยทางสังคม และแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วม โดยใช้การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ (Systematic Literature Review) อ้างอิงจากทฤษฎีที่สำคัญและบทความวิจัยที่ผ่านการประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ซึ่งเผยแพร่ระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2021 - 2026 จากฐานข้อมูล Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect และ Google Scholar ผลการสังเคราะห์ พบว่าการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีในบริบทชุมชนมิได้ขึ้นอยู่กับการรับรู้ประโยชน์และความง่ายในการใช้งานเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่เกิดจากปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง 5 มิติหลัก ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยี ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ ปัจจัยเชิงสังคม ทุนทางสังคม และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน โดยพบว่า ทุนทางสังคมและการมีส่วนร่วมเป็นกลไกสำคัญที่เชื่อมโยงการรับรู้ระดับปัจเจกไปสู่การยอมรับร่วมในระดับชุมชน กล่าวคือ ความไว้วางใจ ความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม และการสนับสนุนจากผู้นำหรือสมาชิกในชุมชน สามารถส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ทำให้สมาชิกเกิดการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์และความคุ้มค่าของเทคโนโลยีมากขึ้น ขณะที่กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมช่วยสร้างความเป็นเจ้าของและความเชื่อมั่นในการนำเทคโนโลยีไปใช้ จนนำไปสู่การยอมรับในระดับชุมชนในที่สุด และส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนของการใช้เทคโนโลยีในระยะยาวต่อไป
