ความร่วมมือในโซ่อุปทานเพื่อความยั่งยืนในอุตสาหกรรม เครื่องดื่มไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์ ในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของธุรกิจ และความร่วมมือในโซ่อุปทานเพื่อความยั่งยืนในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องดื่มไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ การวิจัยเชิงกรณีศึกษาพหุกรณี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่มกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 22 คน จาก 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้ผลิต ซัพพลายเออร์ ผู้กระจายสินค้า และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในอุตสาหกรรม ใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จและความยั่งยืนของธุรกิจ ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยภายในองค์กร ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำ การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี ความสามารถในการควบคุมต้นทุน และการจัดการข้อมูล ขณะที่ปัจจัยภายนอก ได้แก่ แนวโน้มการบริโภคเพื่อสุขภาพ การแข่งขันทางการตลาด กฎระเบียบด้านภาษีน้ำตาล และความคาดหวังของผู้บริโภคต่อความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม นอกจากนี้ ความร่วมมือในโซ่อุปทานมีการพัฒนาไปสู่ความร่วมมือเชิงกลยุทธ์ โดยมีการแบ่งปันข้อมูลแบบเรียลไทม์ การวางแผนร่วมกัน และการใช้ระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน ลดต้นทุน และเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของตลาดได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ในมิติด้านความยั่งยืน พบว่า องค์กรมีการดำเนินงานที่สอดคล้องกับกรอบแนวคิด ESG และ Triple Bottom Line ทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม ส่งผลให้สามารถลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้ทรัพยากร และสร้างคุณค่าร่วมแก่ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า การบริหารจัดการโซ่อุปทานที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยข้อมูล ความร่วมมือ และนวัตกรรม เป็นกลไกที่สำคัญในการสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันและความยั่งยืนของอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องดื่มไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์ในระยะยาว
