ผลของการใช้ชุดการ์ดไอเดียแล็บวิศวกรสังคมต่อการพัฒนาทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของนักศึกษาแพทยศาสตร์ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาผลของการใช้ชุดการ์ดไอเดียแล็บวิศวกรสังคมต่อการพัฒนาทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และ 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาแพทยศาสตร์ที่มีต่อการเรียนรู้ผ่านชุดการ์ดดังกล่าว การศึกษาออกแบบเป็นรูปแบบการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองกลุ่มเดียวที่มีการวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 1 ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย (IOC เท่ากับ 1.00) ประกอบด้วย 1) ชุดการ์ดไอเดียแล็บวิศวกรสังคมที่บูรณาการการคิดเชิงออกแบบ เทคนิค SCAMPER ทฤษฎี TRIZ และแนวคิดหมวก 6 ใบ 2) แบบประเมินทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 3 ด้านตามแนวคิดของกิลฟอร์ด และ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีแบบจับคู่ (Paired t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ชุดการ์ดไอเดียแล็บวิศวกรสังคม (E1/E2) มีค่าเท่ากับ 81.90/82.00 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้ 2) ทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์โดยรวมของนักศึกษาหลังการเรียนรู้สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนรู้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการคิดริเริ่ม มีพัฒนาการสูงสุด และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัด การเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 4.03, S.D. = 0.81) โดยรายการที่นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจสูงสุด คือ ชุดการ์ดช่วยให้มองเห็นปัญหาจากมุมมองที่หลากหลายและแตกต่างไปจากเดิม สรุปได้ว่า นวัตกรรมชุดการ์ดไอเดียแล็บนี้เป็นเครื่องมือเชิงรุกที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงในการกระตุ้นกระบวนการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะความเป็นวิศวกรสังคมสำหรับนักศึกษาแพทย์ได้
