กลยุทธ์สำหรับการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการศึกษาร่วมระหว่างประเทศจีน และต่างประเทศในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางสี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์สำหรับการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการศึกษาร่วมระหว่างประเทศจีนและต่างประเทศในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางสี ประชากรในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 242 คน จากมหาวิทยาลัยกวางสี 14 แห่ง ที่เปิดสอนสหกิจศึกษาร่วมระหว่างจีนและต่างประเทศ เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ที่ระดับ 0.96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผลการศึกษากลยุทธ์สำหรับการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการศึกษาร่วมระหว่างประเทศจีนและต่างประเทศในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางสี พบว่า การประเมินประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์อยู่ในระดับสูง (μ = 3.52) ในบรรดามิติย่อยทั้ง 5 มิติ ระดับสูงสุด คือ การจัดการเป้าหมายและการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน (μ = 3.64) รองลงมา คือ สถาบันการจัดการและมาตรฐาน (μ = 3.55) และระดับต่ำสุด คือ วัฒนธรรมองค์กรและบรรยากาศ (μ = 3.45) โดยกลยุทธ์สำหรับการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการศึกษาร่วมระหว่างประเทศจีนและต่างประเทศในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางสี ประกอบด้วย 1) สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของประสิทธิผลของสหกิจศึกษาจีน-ต่างประเทศในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางสีอยู่ในระดับสูง 2) กลยุทธ์ในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิผลของการศึกษาสหกรณ์จีน-ต่างประเทศในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางสี ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน 1) ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและคุณภาพ 6 มาตรการ 2) สถาบันการจัดการและมาตรฐาน 8 มาตรการ 3) ระบบการจัดการและแบบจำลอง 8 มาตรการ 4) การบริหารเป้าหมายและการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน 8 มาตรการ และ 5) มาตรการวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและสภาพภูมิอากาศ 7 มาตรการ และ 3) ผลการบังคับใช้และความเป็นไปได้ของกลยุทธ์อยู่ในระดับสูงสุด พบว่า มีประสิทธิภาพในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิผลของสหกิจศึกษาจีน-ต่างประเทศในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางสีบนเป้าหมายของการกำหนดใช้กลยุทธ์องค์กรแบบองค์รวม
