COMPONENTS COACHING LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL

Abstract
The research objective is to study the components of Coaching Leadership of Primary School Administrators under Primary Education. Using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. The process has 3 phases: Step 1 studying the elements of Coaching Leadership of School Administrators from 10 related domestic and international documents; Step 2 Interviewing experts about the elements of Coaching Leadership of School Administrators by 5 experts; and Step 3 examining the appropriateness of the Coaching Leadership of School Administrators components by 5 experts. The experts participating in two steps possessed experience and expertise in educational administration, with separate groups of experts participating in each step. The tools used in the research include a document analysis form, an Interview form and a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale. The data gathered was analyzed using content analysis, mean, percentage, and standard deviation. Research results found that 1) Components of Coaching Leadership of School Administrators from documents synthesis and interviews with experts consist of 5 elements that Include the following: 1) Positive Feedback; 2) Good Rapport; 3) Effective Communication; 4) Role Model; and 5) Empowerment. 2) The inspection results found that the Coaching Leadership of School Administrators components were appropriate overall It is at the highest level ( = 4.96, S.D. = 0.20). When considering each individual dimension, Positive Feedback, Good Rapport, Effective Communication, and Role model shared the highest (
= 5.00, S.D. = 0.00), followed by Empowerment (
= 4.80, S.D. = 0.45).
