ADMINISTRATION APPROACHES FOR DIGITAL ORGANIZATION IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE BANGKOK 2

Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) Study the components of digital organization in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, 2) Examine administrative factors predicting digital organization in educational institutions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, and 3) Develop administrative guidelines for digital organization in educational institutions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2. A multiphase mixed-methods research design was conducted in three phases. Phase 1 involved studying the components of digital organization through a review of relevant literature, principles, concepts, theories, and research, alongside interviews with 7 experts. Phase 2 examined administrative factors predicting digital organization among a sample of 246 participants selected via multi-stage random sampling. Phase 3 developed and evaluated the administrative guidelines through a focus group discussion with 12 experts selected via purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis using the Enter method. The findings revealed that: 1) Digital organization in educational institutions comprised five components: digital transformation, digital leadership, digital culture, service-recipient focus, and digital networking; 2) Administrative factors significantly predicted digital organization in educational institutions at the .05 level across all three aspects: inspirational motivation, crisis management, and achievement-oriented behavior; and 3) The evaluation results of the administrative guidelines for digital organization across all four standards-utility, feasibility, propriety, and accuracy-were at a high level.
