Abstract
The study aimed to 1) Explore situation, problems, and factors related to Administration Internal Super Vision in Schools under Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) Develop strategic development of Administration Internal Super Vision in Schools under Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 3) Evaluate the strategy of Administration Internal Super Vision in Schools under Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This is research for development. The tools for research included opinion survey for 406 participants consisted of school administrators, The reliability value of the entire questionnaire was .92. civil servants, and teachers, and educational personnel, together with meeting and expert seminars, and also strategic development. Statistics included Mean, Standard Deviation, and Content Analysis. The result showed 1) Situation, problems, and related factors, strategic development of administration internal super vision in schools under chachoengsao primary educational service area office 2 there were preparation for audit management before the opening of the school term, meetings for direction planning, calendar setting for audit management, audit steps, audit reflection, and summary of evaluation for audit management consisted of 6 aspects; structure, service system, human resource, budget, tools and equipment, and management. External factors consisted of 4 aspects; society and culture, technology, economy, politics and law. 2) Strategic development of administration internal super vision in schools under chachoengsao primary educational service area office 2 Develop strategy, 1 vision, 4 missions, 4 objectives, 4 strategic issues, 9 strategies, 19 Key Performance Indicators, and 32 measures 3) Result of strategy evaluation for evaluate strategy, appropriate, possible and acceptable at high level. ( = 4.22, S.D. = 0.63)
