Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study strategies for improving the efficiency of China-foreign joint education in Guangxi University. The research population consisted of 242 administrators from 14 Guangxi universities that offered joint cooperative education between China and foreign countries. The research tool was a 5-level estimation questionnaire with a confidence level of 0.96. Data was analyzed using percentages, means, and standard deviations. and content analysis. The results of the study revealed that the results of the study of strategies for improving the efficiency of joint Chinese-foreign education at Guangxi University found that the overall effectiveness evaluation of the interviewees was high (μ = 3.52) Among the five sub-dimensions, the highest level is goal management and performance evaluation (μ = 3.64), followed by management institutions and standards (μ = 3.55), and the lowest level is organizational culture and climate (μ = 3.45) The strategy for improving the efficiency of China-foreign cooperative education in Guangxi University consists of 1) The current situation of the effectiveness of China-foreign cooperative education in Guangxi University is high; 2) The strategy for Improving the effectiveness of Chinese-foreign cooperative education in Guangxi University consists of 4 areas: 1) Leadership skills and quality, 6 measures, 2) Management institutions and standards, 8 measures, 3) Management systems and models, 8 measures, 4) Administration. 8 performance goals and assessments, 5) 7 Organizational culture and climate measures, and 3) The enforceability and feasibility of the strategy are at the highest level. It was found to be effective in improving the effectiveness of China-Foreign Cooperative Education in Guangxi University on the goal of implementing a holistic corporate strategy.
