THE STUDY ONLINE LEARNING TO ENHANCE SKILL ON LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE FOR INDUSTRIAL WORKERS IN SAMUT SAKHON PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the essential skills for personnel in warehouse operations in industrial factories in Samut Sakhon Province. 2) study the development of online teaching materials for skill development in warehouse logistics for industrial factories operational in Samut Sakhon Province and 3) disseminate online teaching materials for developing logistics work skills in warehouses for operational personnel in Samut Sakhon industrial factories through social media. The sample used in the research included the personnel that operated industrial plants in 15 establishments in Samut Sakhon Province. The results of the research are as follows: 1) online teaching materials for developing skills in logistics work in the warehouse.
2) appropriate evaluation form of efficiency of online teaching materials for developing logistics working skills in warehouses. satisfaction form. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean and standard deviation. The results of the research are as follows: 1) The important and essential skills: Warehouse safety management, Palletizing, Product movement within the warehouse, Inventory management, and suitable media such as multimedia Video format with accompanying demonstrations. 2) The model of online teaching materials for skill development in warehouse logistics for operational personnel in industrial factories in Samut Sakhon Province had the opinions at the highest level (  = 4.81), 3) Online teaching materials in two formats namely.
The First model disseminates with educational institutions in Samut Sakhon Province Industrial groups and the general public, and the second form of dissemination is on the website.
