FACTORS THAT AFFECTING THE ADOPTION OF BROADBAND INTERNET INNOVATIVE MEDICAL SERVICES FOR MEDICAL PERSONNEL IN SUBDISTRICT HEALTH PROMOTION HOSPITAL

Abstract

This study aims to 1) To studies the innovative adoption, usability intention, and usability behavior of medical personnel in sub district health promotion hospital 2) To studies factors in terms of the innovative adoption that affecting behavioral usability intention for studies the innovative adoption of practical of broadband internet medical services in sub district areas. 3) To studies factors in terms of information technology practice that affecting behavioral usability intention for studies the innovative adoption of practical of broadband internet medical services in sub district areas. And 4) study the influence of innovative adoption, usability intention, and usability behavior. The research by mixed method consists of quantitative research and qualitative research. The research instrument were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis and statistics using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that, factors that affecting the adoption of broadband internet innovative medical services for medical personnel in sub district health promotion hospital in the whole at a high level, when considering each in terms, it was found that the adoption innovative at the highest mean was at a high level, followed by behavioral usability intention, information technology usability, and last was the Telehealth, respectively. And the results of the hypothesis testing showed that, the Telehealth factor influenced the behavioral usability intention the innovative for medical personnel in sub district health promotion hospital, with statistically significant at 0.05. This research presents a suggestion to increase the internet signal in the provincial to increase the efficiency of the physician's work.
