Abstract
The objectives of this article were to 1) the state of academic administration in a cooperative way of marginal schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. 2) to develop a participatory academic management model of marginal schools Under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3. 3) to try out a model of academic administration with a participatory, marginalized school Under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3 and 4) to assess the model of participatory academic administration of marginal schools.
