LAND REGISTRATION SERVICE STRATEGY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT LAO PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

Abstract

The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the problems and needs of land development services of the Land Department. Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Lao People's Democratic Republic, 2) determine the strategy of the Land Department Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Lao People's Democratic Republic Conduct research in 2 phases: Phase 1, has 2 steps. Steps 1: study the problems and needs of the land registration service of the Land Department Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Lao People's Democratic Republic: The target groups consisted of 16 experts and stakeholders, using focus group, content analysis and conclusion for date collection are qualitative data collection by interview. Step 2: Survey of land development service registration requirements of the Land Department Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Lao People's Democratic Republic, the sample group includes 713 peoples, The research instruments were questionnaires, the statistical data analysis involved mean and standard deviation. Phase 2: Develop the land registration service strategy of the Land Department. Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Lao People's Democratic Republic, has 2 steps. Step1: Target group consisted of 15 experts, using focus group, content analysis and conclusion for date collection. Step 2: The Assessment of Land Registration Service Strategy of the Land Department Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Lao People's Democratic Republic, target groups consisted of 15 experts, using focus group, content analysis and conclusion for date collection.

          The results showed:

1.
