The Role of Education Administrators for the Internal School Supervision as Perception of Teachers under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office
Abstract
Supervision within a school is a process that aims to help, guide and develop work to be successful. Keep up with changing conditions and is also an important element that supports the quality teaching and learning process according to the country's educational standards. Educational institution administrators must therefore carry out supervision within the school. This research The objective is to study and compare the role of school administrators in supervising schools according to teachers' perceptions. Under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office Classified by educational background Work experience and the size of the educational institution. The sample group was 278 civil servant teachers under the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office from the opening of the Cohen's Table. The tool used to collect data was a five -level rating scale with a consistency index between 0.80 - 1.00 and a confidence value. 0.961 Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test, one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA), and paired sample t-teste (Scheffe's Method).
The key findings are as follows: 1) The role of school administrators in supervising schools according to teachers' perceptions. Under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office Overall and each aspect was at a high level. 2) Compare the role of school administrators in the field of supervision within schools according to teachers' perceptions, classified by educational qualifications and work experience. and the size of the educational institution. It was found that teachers with different educational qualifications had perceptions of the role of educational institution administrators in providing supervision within the school. Civil servant teachers with different work experiences have overall undifferentiated perceptions of the role of school administrators in supervision within schools. together When considering each aspect They are significantly different at the .05 level.
