A model to promote and develop the operational effectiveness of Local Administrative Organizations in Chaiyaphum Province
Abstract
Organizational management is a challenge for the public and private sectors that must face changes. along with the expectations and demands from customers and people who use the service Therefore, this research aims to 1) study the level of effectiveness of local government organizations in Chaiyaphum Province 2) study the level of opinions on factors influencing the effectiveness of local government organizations in Chaiyaphum Province 3) study Causal factors influencing the operational effectiveness of local government organizations in Chaiyaphum Province; using a mixed research methodology The sample group consisted of 143 local administrative organizations consisting of provincial administrative organizations, municipalities, and sub-district administrative organizations in Chaiyaphum Province. The sample size was determined using the analytical unit, namely the organization. The sample size was calculated using the Taro Yamane formula. Therefore, the sample group was 106 local administrative organizations and selected the sample unit by selecting the sampling method, 4 people aged between 18-59 years, totaling 424 people in total. depict Pearson correlation and path influence analysis and analyze the content
The results of the research revealed that 1) the level of effectiveness of local administrative organizations in Chaiyaphum Province regarding the support of national political parties. The overall level is moderate. 2) The level of opinions about the factors influencing the effectiveness of local administrative organizations in Chaiyaphum Province found that the internal correlation coefficients between the independent variables were All 7 predictive variables, a total of 21 values, were statistically significant at the .01 level with a correlation coefficient between .004 and .449. 3) Analysis of factors influencing the operational effectiveness of local government organizations in Chaiyaphum Province, it was found that the statistical values met the specified criteria, i.e. = 183.209, df = 1, p-value = 0.033, RMSEA = 0.042, RMR = 0.000, GFI = 0.997, AGFI = 0.904 indicating that the model was consistent. harmonized with empirical data with a direct influence coefficient indirectly and overall, and 4) creating a proposal model for promoting and developing the operational effectiveness of local government organizations in Chaiyaphum Province. is the support of national political parties People's political pressure human resource management efficiency change leadership work culture in the organization and personnel competency with a median between 4.28 - 4.13 and an interquartile range of less than 1.5, which has been verified by experts.
