Abstract

         This Article aimed (1) to study Learning Leadership of School Administrators in Digital Era by Perception of Teachers under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (2) to compare Learning Leadership of School Administrators in Digital Era by Perception of Teachers under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration classified by educational qualifications, positions, and district groups the sample was 308 teachers of academic year 2022. The sample size was determined by using Cohen’s ready-made table and stratified sampling method. The tool used in collecting the data was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.957. Statistics used in the analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA), and Scheffe's method of multiple comparison. The research results were found as follows; 1. Learning Leadership of School Administrators in Digital Era by Perception of Teachers under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was in the highest level for both overall and each aspect, 2. Teachers with different educational background and position were found to be the same in acknowledging the school administrators Learning Leadership of School Administrators in both overall and each aspect. As for teachers working in different district groups, there is a perception of the learning leadership of school administrators in team learning was significantly different at the .05 level that teachers working in the Central Bangkok, Northern Bangkok, and Southern Bangkok groups and Northern Krungthon and Southern Krungthon groups had a perception of the learning leadership of school administrators higher than teachers working in the Eastern Bangkok group overall and the other pairs aspect.
