Abstract

          The purpose of the study on Guidelines for Developing "Phon Phai (free from danger)" Application Usage in the Operation of the Village Headmen in Kong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province is to investigate 1) application usage behaviours, 2) acceptance of the application, 3) a relationship between the acceptance and the level of application usage behaviors, and 4) guidelines for developing the application usage in the operation.

          The study was divided into 2 parts. The first part focused on the investigation on the level of application usage behaviors and acceptance and the relationship between the acceptance and the level of application usage behaviors. The sample group included 113 village headmen in Kong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The research tools were questionnaires, and data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Spearman's Correlation Coefficient. The second part focused on the guidelines for developing the application usage in the operation with 3 informants. The research tools were structured interview forms and content analysis.

          The findings are as follows. 1) The overall application usage behaviors were at the lowest level. 2) The overall acceptance of the application was at a high level. 3) The relationship between the acceptance and the level of application usage behaviors was at a low level. 4) The guidelines for developing the application usage in the operation were that the supervisor should conduct comprehensive application usage trainings and the deputy sub-district chief should be assigned to mentor village headmen on the application and honor the village headmen who submit requests through the application so that the people can acknowledge and feel proud.
