Community Development Administration by Using the Seven Sappurisa-Dhamma in Khwao Sinarin District, Surin Province

Abstract

          This article is a part of the research named Community Development Administration by Using the Seven Sappurisa-Dhamma in Khwao Sinarin District, Surin Province. The article main focuses on community development administration by using the Seven Sappurisa-Dhamma or qualities of a good man, as for individual aspects, it revealed that; 1) Knowing the Cause; a leader should know the cause of the problems, know what is to do and what is not to do, understand the rules of society, have a legal-oriented place, and be a good role model for the subordinates. 2) Knowing the Consequence; a leader should know the problems, know the source of the work, know how to do good and how much the effect is, understand the purpose of what is to do and be clear comprehension. 3) Knowing oneself; a leader should have a deep understanding of roles, know the state of mind and the mind itself, know the position and act appropriately in order to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities for oneself. 4) Knowing How to Be Temperate; a leader should know how to be temperate, know his own ability, know his own standing point, know his own ability to live with heedfulness of the sufficiency economy philosophy, be able to live without recklessness and be ready to develop his own potential to be increasingly. 5) Knowing the Proper Time; a leader should know a quality time management, know what is to do first and after, know how to plan and target life, and know how to use his time wisely. 6) Knowing the Society; a leader should know his communities on how they are mutually agreed upon, know the traditions of the community, know how to adapt to the community, and know how to solve any problems appropriating for the condition of the community. And 7) Knowing the Individual; a leader should know how to choose to be friends with certain people, be clever to look at people by their looks, personality, skill and potential, and be able to put the right man on the right job.
