Factors Affecting the Operation of Mitigation Center Project, Muang Roi-Et Province

Abstract

         This research aimed to study the operation level of mitigation center project, Muang Roi-Et Province and to study the suggestion in promoting factors affecting the operation level of mitigation center project, Muang Roi-Et Province. Population and samples used were people with elective rights of the local organization administration which were members of 5 mitigation center, totally 398 samples. Statics used in analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation, and multiple linear regression analysis with the enter method at significant level of .05. The findings of the research found that 1) the level of factors affecting the operation level of mitigation center project, Muang Roi-Et Provinc, in overall was found in high level. 2) The operation level of mitigation center project, Muang Roi-Et Province, in overall was found in high level. 3) The relation between factors affecting the operation level of mitigation center project, Muang Roi-Et Provinc, in overall was found in very low level. 4) The factors affecting the operation level of mitigation center project, Muang Roi-Et Province in overall may be explained 2.5 percent with R2 = .025 and F = .059. 5) The suggestions in promoting factors affecting the operation level of mitigation center project, Muang Roi-Et Province are should have simulation practice, should have should have emergency alarm, should have regular equipment check for readiness.
