ปัจจัยและกลยุทธ์การเล่าเรื่องที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจรับชมวิดีโอพอดแคสต์ด้านการสื่อสารวิทยาศาสตร์บนแพลตฟอร์มยูทูบ (YouTube) ของผู้ชมในกรุงเทพมหานคร

ภูมิหลังและวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: การขยายตัวของแพลตฟอร์มยูทูบทำให้วิดีโอพอดแคสต์กลายเป็นสื่อสำคัญในการสื่อสารองค์ความรู้ โดยเฉพาะรายการที่มีการเล่าเรื่องทางวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ต้องอาศัยกลวิธีการเล่าเรื่องเพื่อทำให้เนื้อหาที่ซับซ้อนเข้าใจง่ายและน่าติดตามมากขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตามการตัดสินใจเลือกรับชมของผู้ชมในเขตเมืองใหญ่ เช่น กรุงเทพมหานคร ยังขึ้นอยู่กับหลายปัจจัยฯ ทั้งด้านประชากรศาสตร์ พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับ และรูปแบบการเล่าเรื่อง จึงจำเป็นต้องศึกษาปัจจัยและการรับรู้ของผู้ชมที่มีต่อสื่อประเภทดังกล่าวเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางประชากรศาสตร์ กลวิธีในการเล่าเรื่อง ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกรับชมรายการวิดีโอพอดแคสต์บนแพลตฟอร์มยูทูบ (YouTube) ประเภทรายการเรื่องเล่าทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของผู้ชมผู้ฟังในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและรูปแบบเรื่องเล่าของรายการ
ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัย: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์แบบปลายปิด ที่มีมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 37 ข้อ ซึ่งผ่านการพิจารณาความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์และกรอบแนวคิดของการวิจัย จากนั้นได้นำผลการประเมินมาคำนวณค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (Index of Item-Objective Congruence: IOC) ซึ่งมีค่า 0.89 แสดงให้เห็นว่าเครื่องมือมีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสม จากนั้นนำข้อมูลไปทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัย: ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ชมรายการเรื่องเล่าทางวิทยาศาสตร์บนยูทูบในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครส่วนใหญ่เป็นวัยทำงาน มีการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับอุดมศึกษา และคุ้นเคยกับสื่อดิจิทัล โดยปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์มีความสัมพันธ์กับรูปแบบการเปิดรับชมและการตัดสินใจเลือกรับชมสื่อ ผู้ชมให้ความสำคัญกับกลวิธีการเล่าเรื่องที่ช่วยเสริมความเข้าใจและความน่าเชื่อถือมากกว่าความซับซ้อนเชิงดราม่า และยังมีความนิยมรูปแบบเรื่องเล่าที่เชื่อมโยงวิทยาศาสตร์กับชีวิตประจำวันทำให้เข้าใจได้ง่ายพร้อมทั้งมีการนำเสนอเหมาะสมกับจังหวะชีวิตคนในเมืองซึ่งทำให้ผู้ชมคิดตามได้
สรุปผล: การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า การตัดสินใจเลือกรับชมวิดีโอพอดแคสต์ประเภทรายการเรื่องเล่าทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของผู้ชมในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครได้รับอิทธิพลจากการรับรู้ความน่าเชื่อถือ ความเชื่อมโยงกับชีวิตประจำวัน และกลวิธีการเล่าเรื่องที่เอื้อต่อกระบวนการสร้างความหมายและความเข้าใจ และในมุมมองทางการสื่อสาร การออกแบบรายการที่มีประสิทธิผลควรให้ความสำคัญกับการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ให้เข้ากับประสบการณ์ชีวิตของผู้รับชมและช่วยเติมเต็มองค์ความรู้ด้านการสื่อสาร จะเห็นได้ว่าบทบาทของการออกแบบเรื่องเล่าและแนวทางที่ยึดผู้ชมเป็นศูนย์กลางในการกำหนดผลลัพธ์ของการสื่อสารวิทยาศาสตร์ในสภาพแวดล้อมสื่อดิจิทัล
