บทคัดย่อ

ภูมิหลังและวัตถุประสงค์: โควิด-19 เป็นโรคติดเชื้ออุบัติใหม่ที่พบครั้งแรกในเดือนธันวาคม 2562 ในสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ผลกระทบในวงกว้างไม่เพียงแต่ทำให้ระบบสาธารณสุขหยุดชะงัก แต่ยังส่งผลกระทบต่อมิติทางสังคมต่างๆ ทั่วโลก เพื่อตรวจสอบรูปแบบและประสบการณ์ตรงของความอคติทางสังคมในกลุ่มบุคคลที่ติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ในประเทศไทย

วิธีการวิจัย: ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเพื่อสำรวจประสบการณ์ตรงของความอคติทางสังคมในกลุ่มบุคคลที่เคยติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ในประเทศไทย ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบลูกโซ่ (Snowball sampling) ในการคัดเลือกผู้เข้าร่วม และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง

ผลการวิจัย: ประสบการณ์ของความอคติในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโควิด-19 ที่หายแล้วในประเทศไทยสามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น 3 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ (1) ความอคติที่รับรู้ได้ สะท้อนผ่านน้ำเสียงวิตกกังวลหรือคำถามกล่าวหาจากผู้อื่น (2) ความอคติจากการเชื่อมโยง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อโรคนี้เกี่ยวข้องกับสมาชิกในครอบครัวหรือเมื่อมีข่าวลือที่เป็นอันตรายแพร่กระจาย และ (3) การเลือกปฏิบัติ รวมถึงการหลีกเลี่ยงหรือปฏิเสธที่จะมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ใกล้ชิดแม้หลังจากหายป่วยแล้ว

สรุปผลการวิจัย: มาตรการสำคัญได้แก่ การส่งเสริมความเข้าใจ การให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องจากแหล่งที่น่าเชื่อถือ และการใช้ช่องทางการสื่อสารที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละกลุ่มเป้าหมาย โดยเฉพาะสื่อสังคมออนไลน์และสื่อกระแสหลัก ความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคส่วนต่างๆ มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการลดทัศนคติเชิงลบและลดการตีตราผู้ที่เคยติดเชื้อโควิด-19 อย่างยั่งยืน
