บทคัดย่อ

ภูมิหลังและวัตถุประสงค์: บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจและสังเคราะห์ศักยภาพครูและผู้บริหารที่ต่อการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษา โดยพิจารณาจากองค์ประกอบหลักขององค์กรนวัตกรรม นวัตกรที่ครูควรมีในด้านความคิด คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ทักษะการปฏิบัติ และวิสัยทัศน์

ระเบียบวิธีการศึกษา: เน้นย้ำถึงความจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครู การสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่เอื้อต่อนวัตกรรม และการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อให้สถานศึกษาสามารถผลิต บทความนี้ยังนำเสนอแนวทางและกลยุทธ์เชิงปฏิบัติสำหรับผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ผลการศึกษา: เพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาบุคลากรและการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาให้ก้าวสู่ความเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืน ทั้งในด้านการกำหนดนโยบายที่ชัดเจนและครอบคลุม การสนับสนุนทรัพยากรอย่างเพียงพอและทั่วถึง การส่งเสริมความร่วมมือและการสร้างเครือข่าย

สรุป: การพัฒนาผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมในสถานศึกษา ที่เอื้อต่อนวัตกรรม การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลและเทคโนโลยี รวมถึงการส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีมและชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้
