ดัชนีสมรรถนะด้านโลจิสติกส์และผลกระทบต่อผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ

ภูมิหลังและวัตถุประสงค์: การขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศมีบทบาทสำคัญในระบบโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานระดับโลก โดยเฉพาะในยุคที่การค้าระหว่างประเทศมีการเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับดัชนีสมรรถนะด้านโลจิสติกส์ของธุรกิจการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศในประเทศไทย (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างดัชนีสมรรถนะด้านโลจิสติกส์กับผลการดำเนินงาน และ (3) เปรียบเทียบดัชนีสมรรถนะด้านโลจิสติกส์จำแนกตามขนาดองค์กร
ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณนี้ใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารและผู้จัดการในธุรกิจขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ จำนวน 385 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
ผลการวิจัย: (1) ดัชนีสมรรถนะด้านโลจิสติกส์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยด้านความตรงต่อเวลามีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด และด้านพิธีการศุลกากรมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (2) ดัชนีสมรรถนะด้านโลจิสติกส์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับผลการดำเนินงานในระดับสูง (3) องค์กรที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกันมีระดับดัชนีสมรรถนะด้านโลจิสติกส์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยองค์กรขนาดใหญ่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือองค์กรขนาดกลาง และองค์กรขนาดเล็กตามลำดับ
สรุปผล: ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นความสำคัญของการพัฒนาดัชนีสมรรถนะด้านโลจิสติกส์ โดยเฉพาะการปรับปรุงด้านพิธีการศุลกากรและการสนับสนุนองค์กรขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลาง เพื่อยกระดับผลการดำเนินงานและขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศในประเทศไทย
