บทคัดย่อ

ภูมิหลังและวัตถุประสงค์: ในยุคของการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วที่เรียกว่า "ยุคโลกพลิกผัน" หรือ VUCA World (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำเป็นต้องมีทักษะและคุณลักษณะพิเศษที่ช่วยให้การดำเนินงานทางการศึกษาสามารถตอบสนองต่อความท้าทายของโลกดิจิทัลและเทคโนโลยีที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วได้ดังนั้นบทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอผลการสังเคราะห์แนวคิดคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคโลกพลิกผันที่นำไปสู่แนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ระเบียบวิธีการศึกษา: การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเอกสารทางวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ บทความ งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการเรียนการสอนทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ จากนั้นทําการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ตามประเด็นวัตถุประสงค์การศึกษาและใช้วิธีการนําเสนอเชิงพรรณนาความ

ผลการศึกษา: ยุคโลกพลิกผัน คือ ยุคที่โลกต้องเผชิญกับความไม่แน่นอนและเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่อาจคาดการณ์ล่วงหน้าได้ทั้งจากเปลี่ยนแปลงเทคโนโลยีแบบก้าวกระโดด คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคโลกพลิกผันเพื่อการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการเรียนการสอน นั้นประกอบไปด้วยหลากหลายปัจจัย แต่จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม ผู้วิจัยได้จัดหมวดหมู่คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคโลกพลิกผันเพื่อการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลไว้ 6 ประการ ได้แก่ (1) มีความคล่องตัวในการเรียนรู้ (2) มีวิสัยทัศน์ (3) มีสมรรถนะในการทำงานเป็นทีม (4) มีความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง (5) มีความสามารถในการกำหนดเป้าหมายร่วมกัน และ (6)
มีความสามารถในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของวิกฤติต่าง ๆ หากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีคุณลักษณะดังที่กล่าวไป จะทำให้สามารถประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการเรียนการสอนในยุคพลิกผันนี้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อครูผู้สอนและผู้เรียน ที่จะได้พัฒนาทักษะความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีของตน และก้าวทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีได้อย่าเหมาะสม

สรุปผล: คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคโลกพลิกผันนี้จำเป็นต้องมีการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างต่อเนื่องและยอมรับเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการบริหารสถานศึกษา นอกจากจะมีความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีแล้ว ยังต้องเป็นผู้นำที่สามารถสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เป็นนวัตกรรม ยืดหยุ่น และใช้ข้อมูลเป็นฐานในการตัดสินใจ เพื่อให้สามารถนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และตอบสนองต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงในโลกปัจจุบันได้อย่างเหมาะสม
