Background and Aims: The rapid changes in society in the 21st century require school administrators to adapt their leadership roles through creative leadership to enhance teachers’ morale and develop instructional management in alignment with evolving contexts. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and content analysis.
Results: The research findings revealed that 1) Creative leadership of primary school administrators, both overall and in each aspect, was at a high level. The aspects, ranked in order, were vision, flexibility, innovation, and imagination. 2) A comparison of teachers’ opinions revealed no differences based on gender, educational level, or school size. Specifically, vision differed at the .001 level, while innovation and flexibility differed at the .05 level. Teachers with less than 10 years of experience had different opinions compared to those with more than 10 years of experience. And 3) Key recommendations include defining and communicating a vision aligned with the context, encouraging participation, promoting creativity and innovation, creating an environment supportive of new ideas, maintaining flexibility in administration, and supporting the development and exchange of learning innovations.
Conclusion: The overall level of creative leadership among primary school administrators under the Narathiwat Primary Educational Area Service Office 2 was high, with the vision dimension rated the highest, followed by flexibility, while imagination was rated the lowest.
