Abstract

Background and Aims: This academic article aims to explore and synthesize the potential of teachers and administrators for developing educational institutions into innovative educational organizations. This paper examines the key components of innovative organizations and the innovative teachers should possess in terms of ideas, personal characteristics, practical skills, and vision.

Methodology: Emphasizes the need to develop teachers' digital competencies, create an organizational culture conducive to innovation, and establish collaborative networks to enable educational institutions to produce innovative products.

Results: Practical guidelines and strategies for administrators and agencies involved in educational research to develop personnel and educational institution management towards sustainable educational innovation organizations.

Conclusion: Establishing clear and comprehensive policies, providing adequate and comprehensive resource support, and promoting collaboration and networking. Conclusion: Developing innovative leaders in educational institutions that are conducive to innovation, managing information and technology, and promoting teamwork and learning communities.
