Abstract

Background and Aims: This academic article utilizes a literature survey or data synthesis, not empirical research. This academic article aims to study innovative AI-based health care services for the elderly in Thailand. This approach addresses the transition to a fully aging society, which poses health, economic, and social challenges.

Methodology: Exploring AI innovations related to benefits for the elderly and collecting data.

Results: The study found that AI plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life of the elderly, including fall detection and prevention, health monitoring through smart devices and smart homes, reducing loneliness and isolation through social robots and digital platforms, and facilitating financial transactions.

Conclusion: Key factors in design and implementation, in addition to technological, emotional, and social dimensions, should emphasize policy and management in the Thai context, which is the essence of "innovation".
