The Effects of Learning Management Skills Accompanied by Group Process with a Practice Package for Ramwong Matrath Songs for Grade 4 Students of Schools in Sok Saeng School under the Ubon Ratchathani Province Primary Educational Service Area Office 5

Abstract

Background and Aims: The learning management of performing arts by using skill exercises can develop academic achievement to achieve the goals of the curriculum under the learning activities that emphasize practical skills, which will be linked to the knowledge that students receive and realize the important value of Thai performing arts. The learning activities of performing arts that emphasize practical skills will result in learners having true knowledge and understanding because they practice by themselves. Therefore, this research has the following objectives: 1) Develop the efficiency of the learning management plan using the group-related learning process together with the standard Ramwong dance skill exercises of Grade 4 primary school students to be efficient according to the criteria of 80/80 2) Compare the academic achievement of Grade 4 primary school students using the group-related learning process together with the standard Ramwong dance skill exercises before and after studying 3) Compare the standard Ramwong dance skills after studying art (dance content) using the group-related learning process 4) Study the satisfaction of the development of practical skills of Grade 4 primary school students towards studying art (dance content) using the group-related learning process together with the standard Ramwong dance skill exercises.

Methodology: The sample group used in the research was 26 fourth-grade students of Ban Thung Phiang School by group random sampling. The research instruments used were 9 lesson plans for art and dance subjects using the 5-step group relationship process, standard Ramwong dance skill practice forms, achievement tests, and satisfaction questionnaires on the development of practical skills.

Results: 1) The efficiency of the learning management plan using the group interaction process learning management with standard Ramwong dance skill exercises for grade 4 students was efficient (E1/E2), equal to 80.12/83.08 according to the set criterion of 80/80. 2) Comparison of the academic achievement of grade 4 students using the group interaction process learning management with standard circle dance skill exercises after the learning management found that the post-learning was significantly higher than the pre-learning at .05. 3) Comparison of the standard circle dance skills after studying art (performing arts) using the group interaction process learning management process found that the post-learning was significantly higher than the pre-learning at .05. 4) Students' satisfaction with the group interaction process activities, with standard circle dance skill exercises for grade 4 students, was at the most satisfied level.

Conclusion: The academic achievement of the fourth-grade primary school students using the group process learning management with standard Ramwong dance skill exercises after studying was higher than before studying, and they had standard Ramwong dance skills after studying the subject of art (dance) using the group process learning management with standard circle dance skill exercises.
