Abstract

Background and Aims: The study of creative leadership among school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission will provide information that can be used to establish guidelines for developing and enhancing the creative leadership of school administrators and related agencies. This information can further be used to develop and enhance the creative leadership of school administrators. The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the components of creative leadership of school administrators in primary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in the northeastern region. 2. To assess the appropriateness and feasibility of the creative leadership components of school administrators in primary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission.

Methodology: It is a quantitative research study with three steps: 1) studying the components of creative leadership in schools from relevant documents and research to synthesize the components of creative leadership of school administrators, 2) interviewing 5 experts about the components of creative leadership of school administrators, and 3) examining the appropriateness and feasibility of the components of creative leadership of school administrators by 5 experts. The research tools used include document analysis, interviews, and a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, percentage, and standard deviation.

Results: 1) The components of creative leadership of educational administrators, derived from document synthesis and interviews with experts, consist of 4 components: (1) Visionary aspect, (2) Imaginative aspect, (3) Flexible aspect, (4) Credible aspect. 2) The evaluation results of the appropriateness of the components of creative leadership of educational administrators are overall highly appropriate, at the highest level ( =4.61, S.D.= 0.60), and the overall feasibility is at the highest level ( = 4.69, S.D.= 0.60)

Conclusion: The components of creative leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Education Area were found that there were 4 components: 1) vision, 2) imagination, 3) flexibility, and 4) credibility. The results of the assessment of the appropriateness of the components of creative leadership of school administrators showed that overall appropriateness was at the highest level, and overall feasibility was at the highest level.
