Abstract

Background and Aims: The purpose of this article is to propose Knowledge Management for National Award-Winning Researchers at the Faculty of Political Science at Ramkhamhaeng University. Existing empirical literature on knowledge management identified the characteristics and guidelines for creating a model to encourage academic personnel to participate in a community of practice. This model is the thinking community of “Sacred, Auspicious, and Dramatic words.” From this model, tacit knowledge was transferred to explicit knowledge by words connecting the experience of researchers.

Methodology: Documentary research is used to get accurate information about a piece of tacit and explicit knowledge to create a model to encourage academic personnel to participate in a community of practice. Next, utilize descriptive presentation techniques while analyzing and synthesizing the study's objectives.

Result: Academic personnel participated in a community of practice and proposed explicit keywords from tacit knowledge. These keywords are beneficial to get excellent research and competitiveness for National Award-Winning Researchers.
