Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานครั้งนี้ คือ ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อทัศนคติและความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกโรงสีชุมชนที่ดีต่อการจัดการโรงสีชุมชน ในตำบลทุ่งรวงทอง อำเภอจุน จังหวัดพะเยา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทัศนคติในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน โดยเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านเครื่องจักร ด้านการเงิน ด้านการจัดการ และน้อยที่สุดคือด้านองค์ความรู้และข้อมูลข่าวสาร ความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกเกษตรกร ในภารวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน โดยเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการประสานงาน ด้านการจัดการองค์กร ด้านการสื่อสาร ด้านการเงิน ด้านการดำเนินงาน ด้านบุคลากร และน้อยที่สุดด้านการวางแผนตามลำดับ  ส่วนทัศนคติและความพึงพอใจที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลางนั้น เนื่องจากระบบการจัดการขาดการมีส่วนร่วมจากชุมชน

The purpose of this study is; to study attitude and Satisfaction of Famer Group on Management of Community Rice-mill in Tong Ruang Tong Sub District Jung District Phayao Province.

Finding are as follows: 1.) The attitude average level is the middle which the most level is human resource but the less level is knowledge and information 2.) Satisfaction average level is the middle which the most level is Co-ordination but the less level is planning. The results of attitude and satisfaction are middle level because less community participation.
