Conditions Affecting the Perception of Thai Culture among the Cross-National Labor in Phayao Province

Abstract

This research concerns conditions affecting the perception of Thai culture among the cross-national labor in Phayao Province. Qualitative approach has been applied in the research. Academic/non-academic document review, in-depth interview, group interview, and non-participatory observation are used. The informants consist of the cross-national labors who are totally 15 persons. Research results found that internal conditionsaffecting the perception of Thai culture among the cross-national labor included individual motivation and workplace environment. While external conditionsaffecting the perception of Thai culture among the cross-national labor included communication channel and practices in everyday life.
