การพัฒนารูปแบบการฟื้นฟูภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู สาขาวิชาพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการฟื้นฟูภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู สาขาวิชาพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย จำนวน 9 คน ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการศูนย์ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 2 คน อาจารย์นิเทศก์ 2 คน ครูพี่เลี้ยงหรือครูประจำการมีประสบการณ์สอนสาขาวิชาพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษา 2 คน และนิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู สาขาวิชาพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ 3 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.80-1.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การพรรณนาและความเรียง และรูปภาพ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการฟื้นฟูภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู สาขาวิชาพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ มี 3 กระบวนการ ดังนี้ 1) กรอบแนวคิดการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย สิ่งนำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิตที่ใช้ในการพัฒนารูปแบบ 2) ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย คุณลักษณะบุคคล การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ตอบสนองนโยบายของสถาบันผลิตครูและนโยบายของประเทศ ทักษะ ความรู้ และจริยธรรม และ 3) กระบวนการพัฒนาผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ (PAHE) ที่มุ่งปรับปรุงและพัฒนาภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ และผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้
