Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศูนย์กีฬาที่เหมาะสมในมหาวิทยาลัย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญเป็นผู้บริหารศูนย์กีฬาในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ มหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ และมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน จำนวน 6 มหาวิทยาลัย โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 6 มหาวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์กีฬา รองผู้อำนวยการศูนย์กีฬา หรือเจ้าหน้าบริหารศูนย์กีฬา  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง โดยใช้แนวคิดทฤษฎีการจัดการและหน้าที่ของการบริหาร 4 ประการหลัก รวม 19 เรื่องย่อย มีรายละเอียดดังนี้ 1) หน้าที่การวางแผน ประกอบดัวย การคาดการณ์ การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ การกำหนดแผนงาน การกำหนดตารางการทำงาน การกำหนดงบประมาณ การกำหนดขั้นตอนการทำงาน การกำหนด เป้าหมาย 2) หน้าที่การจัดองค์กร ประกอบดัวย การกำหนดโครงสร้าง องค์กร การมอบหมายงาน การกำหนดวามสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ขององค์กร 3) หน้าที่การนำองค์กร ประกอบด้วย กิจกรรมในการตัดสินใจ การติดต่อสื่อสาร การจูงใจ การคัดเลือก การพัฒนาบุคคลากร 4) หน้าที่การควบคุมงาน คือ กิจกรรมในการกำหนดมาตรฐานในการปฏิบัติงาน การวัดผลการปฏิบัติงาน การประเมินผล การปรับปรุงแก้ไขการปฏิบัติงาน

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พบว่า การบริหารจัดการศูนย์กีฬาในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ ส่วนใหญ่มีโครงสร้าง และการแบ่งส่วนงานบริหารที่ชัดเจน มีวัตถุประสงค์ และนโยบายในการจัดตั้งองค์กร และ การดำเนินงานที่เป็นรูปธรรม มีระบบการวางแผนในการดำเนินงานการจัดองค์กร การจัดบุคลากรที่ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ และบรรลุผลสำเร็จขององค์กร อีกทั้งการประสานงานที่ดีที่ทำให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย การบริหารจัดการศูนย์กีฬาในมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ พบว่า มีการปรับเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างระบบการดำเนินงานอยู่เสมอ เพื่อให้เหมาะกับสภาวะแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนไป โดยเฉพาะระบบอุดมศึกษาไทยในปัจจุบันมีการปรับเปลี่ยนอย่างมาก รูปแบบการบริหารงาน เพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูง ต้องมีการเปลี่ยนแนวคิดในการบริหารงาน เพื่อให้พึ่งตนเองโดยเฉพาะด้านการเงิน และ การบริหารจัดการศูนย์กีฬาในมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน พบว่า มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนมีระบบโครงสร้างการบริหารและการสั่งการที่รวดเร็ว ทันสมัย รูปแบบการบริหารงานมีประสิทธิภาพสูงด้วยมีรูปแบบในการจัดการด้านต่าง ๆ ด้วย

Abstract

           The purpose of this research was to study the appropriate sport center management model in the university. This was qualitative research by in-depth interviews with key informants serving as administrators of sports centers in public universities, autonomous and private Universities in six universities. The research instrument was a semi-structured in-depth interview from using the concept of management theory and functions of management. There are four main factors, including nineteen sub-sections, details are as follows: 1) Planning duties include forecasting, setting objectives. scheduling work schedule budgeting Determination of work procedures, setting goals 2) Organizational duties consist of defining the organizational structure, assignment determining the relationship between people and different departments of the organization 3) The role of the organization consists of decision-making activities. communication, motivation, selection, and personnel 4) Development Performance measurement, evaluation, performance improvement.

          The results showed that the management of sports centers in public universities is mostly structured and a clear division of management has a purpose and policies for establishing an organization and operating concrete There is a planning system for organizing operations. Benefitting personnel arrangements and achieving the success of the organization In addition, good coordination makes the operation go smoothly. The management of sports centers in autonomous universities found that there were always changes in the structure of the operating system. to suit the changing environment Especially the current Thai higher education system has changed greatly. management style for high efficiency There has to be a change in the concept of management. To be self-reliant, especially in terms of finance and management of sports centers in private universities, it was found that private universities have a fast, modern administrative structure and command system. The management model is highly efficient with various management styles.
