Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of Different Dimension Court on Anaerobic Power and Agility. The 24 populations who were Satrinonthaburi School’s Handball Women Player aged from 13 to 18 year old.  The participants were randomly divided into 3 groups of  8 participants: first experimental group , second experimental group and the control group. The control group was trained with handball program in normal handball court dimension, the first experimental group was trained with in handball court dimension of15 x 35 m, and the second experimental group was trained with training handball program in handball court dimension of 10 x 20 m. 7 expert considered congruence between  training handball program with objective by Rovinelli and Hambleton method were found index of item objective congruence: IOC since 0.80 – 1.00  The participants took 8 weeks of training for 3 days a week on Monday Wednesday and Friday. The anaerobic power and agility by Wingate anaerobic test and FAF’s Slalom test were tested after the four-week and eight-week training. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and compared mean different within and between group

The results show that after the eight-week program, the anaerobic power in second experimental group was better than in the first experimental group and the control group respectively. The anaerobic capacity in the second experimental group was better than in the first experimental group and the control group respectively. The agility condition in the control group was better than in the first experimental group and second experimental group respectively.
