มาตรฐานและรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถาบันสอนมวยไทย Standard and Management Model of Muaythai Academy

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างมาตรฐานของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถาบัน สอนมวยไทย โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อประเมินกรอบแนวคิด โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญซึ่งประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถาน ประกอบการเกี่ยวกับมวยไทย นักวิชาการ และผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทยจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 17คน เพื่อหาฉันทามติ เกี่ยวกับกรอบแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานและรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถาบันสอนมวยไทยและประเมินกรอบแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานและรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโดยการสนทนากลุ่มจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการคํานวณค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับความสำคัญและฉันทามติขององค์ประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมาตรฐานและรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถาบันสอนมวยไทยซึ่งพิจารณาจากค่าของค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ พบว่าองค์ประกอบสำคัญทั้ง 3 องค์ประกอบ 47 ตัวบ่งชี้มีค่าฉันทามติอยู่ในระดับสูง ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์น้อยกว่า 1.5 และความสำคัญขององค์ประกอบอยู่ในระดับสูง ค่ามัธยฐานมากกว่า 3.50 โดยที่มาตรฐานและรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถาบันสอนมวยไทยที่ดีควรมีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ  3 ด้าน คือ ด้านที่1 รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถาบันสอนมวยไทย ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบหลัก15 ตัวบ่งชี้ คือ การวางแผน การจัดองค์กร การชี้นำและการควบคุม ด้านที่2 มาตรฐานสถาบันสอนมวยไทยประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก 20 ตัวบ่งชี้ คือ มาตรฐานด้านอาคารสถานที่ มาตรฐานด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ มาตรฐานด้านการจัดการ มาตรฐานด้านบุคลากร และมาตรฐานด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและความปลอดภัย ด้านที่3 การบริหารหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนและการออกกำลังกายสถาบันสอนมวยไทย ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบหลัก 22 ตัวบ่งชี้ คือ ระดับมวยไทยขั้นพื้นฐาน ระดับมวยไทยขั้นก้าวหน้า ระดับมวยไทยขั้นสูง และระดับมวยไทยเพื่อการอาชีพ โดยจาก สรุปผลจากกรอบแนวคิดและผลการประเมินกรอบแนวคิดที่สังเคราะห์ขึ้น พบว่ากรอบแนวคิดของการมาตรฐานและรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถาบันสอนมวยไทยที่เหมาะสมควรจะประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบหลัก 3 ด้านคือ รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ มาตรฐานสถาบันสอนมวยไทย และการบริหารหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนและการออกกำลังกาย

Abstract

            The objective of this qualitative research was to establish a standard of management model for Muaythai academy. The open-ended and rating scales questionnaires were collected from the 17 experts including manager director of MUAYTHAI academy, academic expert and coaches. The expert panel consensus of the standardize management model was measured by using Delphi technique and then evaluate the conceptual framework of management model from the steak holder’s focus group discussion. Data analysis is used to calculate the quality of estimation, lower bound, median and interquartile range. After the group consensus is reached, the median and interquartile values are considered.

            The results showed that the degree of importance and consensus of a standard of management model for Muaythai I academy was done based on median, inter quartile range. The results justified that the three components 47 indicators that achieved high consensus with interquartile value of less than 1.5 are regarded as high / low important with median of  > 3.5. The standardize of management model for Muaythai academy was consisted of three components including: 1) management model consisting of 4 factors 15 indicators (organization planning, guidance and control), 2) standardization consisting of 5 factors 15 indicators (building, materials, equipment, personnel management and facilities and safety), and 3) curriculum management consisting of 4 factors 22 indicators (beginner, advance, high level and business level). In conclusion, it was founded that the standardize of management model for Muaythai academy should therefore incorporate with three important components including management model, standardization status and curriculum management.
