The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change into Community Ways: Environmental Management of Stakeholders in Nong Luang Subdistrict, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province

Abstract

This article aimed to study climate change and environmental management of local stakeholders in Nong Luang Subdistrict, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province. According to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the mission of Thailand in dealing with climate change and environmental management of local stakeholders in Nong Luang Subdistrict, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province. The results of the study found that the countries which had signed and ratified the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). It is the convention of solving the problem on climate change that was caused by the greenhouse effect. However, as this convention did not force, the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement were created. The mission of Thailand in dealing with climate change under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, Thailand had set appropriate targets for the country's greenhouse gas reduction action plan (NAMAs-Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions) in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the energy and transportation sectors at least 7% by the year 2020. The environmental management of stakeholders in the area of Nong Luang Subdistrict, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province was the collaboration of stakeholders in the community to exchange knowledge with network partners that operate in environmental management and natural resources and environmental conservation.
