ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการบริหารงานในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ของเครือข่ายโรงเรียนที่ 21 สำนักงานเขตจตุจักร สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการบริหารงานในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการบริหารงานในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล จำแนกตามระดับสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการบริหารงานในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการบริหารงานในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและเปรียบเทียบทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการบริหารงานในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล จำแนกตามระดับสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 176 คน กำหนดตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie & Morgan ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครู เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีแบบอิสระ ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการบริหารงานในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
- ผลการศึกษาทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการบริหารงานในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของเครือข่ายโรงเรียนที่ 21 สำนักงานเขตจตุจักร สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก
- ผลการเปรียบเทียบทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการบริหารงานในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล จำแนกตามระดับสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
- แนวทางการเสริมสร้างทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการบริหารงานในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล มีดังนี้ 3.1) ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาเข้าถึงอุปกรณ์รวมถึงสื่อเทคโนโลยีต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างทั่วถึง 3.2) มีการปลูกฝังให้บุคลากรภายในสถานศึกษาพัฒนาทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ปัจจุบัน 3.3) เพื่อเพิ่มช่องทางในการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรมากขึ้น 3.4) ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่ทันสมัย และ 3.5) กำหนดทิศทางและจัดหาวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาเรื่องการใช้งานอุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยี
