Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) study the skills of school administrators to the administration in the digital era, 2) compare the skills of school administrators to the administration in the digital era, classified by level of school, and 3) study guidelines for enhancing the skills of school administrators to the administration in the digital era. The research process was divided to 2 phases: Phase 1; to study the skills of school administrators to the administration in the digital era and compare the skills of school administrators to the administration in the digital era, classified by level of school. The sample group used in the research 176 people was teachers. The research tool was a questionnaire, confidence of the whole .96. The statistics using for quantitative data analyzing included percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.  Phase 2; study guidelines for enhancing the skills of school administrators to the administration in the digital era.

The results of findings were as follows :

  1. The results of findings on the skills of school administrators to the administration in the digital era of network school 21, Chatuchak District Office, Bangkok were in high level for overall.
  2. The results of compare the skills of school administrators to the administration in the digital era, classified by level of school were in high level for overall.
  3. Guidelines for enhancing the skills of school administrators to the administration in the digital era, were as follows: 3.1) Encourage personnel in educational institutions to have thorough access to various technological devices and media. 3.2) Personnel within educational institutions are instilled in developing knowledge skills in current social media. 3.3) To greatly increase communication channels within the organization. 3.4) Promote the development of skills in creating modern learning media and 3.5) Set directions and provide solutions to problems regarding the use of technological equipment.
