Abstract

[Retracted article] This academic paper aims to study personnel development patterns of savings cooperatives. Sakon Nakhon Province A study method by searching documents about savings cooperatives. human capital development academic paper various research works About personnel development of savings cooperatives It was conducted by means of interpretation from documents and synthesis of factual data. Sakon Nakhon Province has 4 types which are 1. Operational development model related to basic knowledge and operational processes, consisting of 1) Orientation 2) Training while stationed 3) continuing education 4) dissemination of academic news 2. The form of technical development to increase efficiency consists of 1) On-duty training 2) Seminar 3) Coaching 4) Workshop 5) Coaching 6) Job rotation                          7) Job rotation 8) Assignment 3. The leadership development model consisted of 1) Training while on duty 2) Study visits organized in the organization 3) Training studies for speakers 4. Other forms of development include 1) communication and collaboration 2) human relations between personnel and communities          3) creativity and innovation.
