Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the academic administration of educational institution administrators under the Roi Et Municipality and to compare the opinions of teachers towards academic administration of educational institution administrators. under the Roi Et Municipality. Classified by gender, education level and work experience A simple random sample of 162 people from teachers in educational institutions. Under the Roi Et Municipality Academic Year 2021. The tool used to collect data in the research was a questionnaire. It is characterized as a 5-level estimation scale. The basic statistics used for data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the statistics used for hypothesis testing are t-test, F-test. and the test of the individual averages by the Mulitple Comparison Procedure using the Scheffe' Method.

            2. Opinions of teachers in educational institutions regarding academic administration of educational institution administrators under Roi Et Municipality, classified by gender, overall no difference. However, it was found that in terms of measurement, evaluation and comparison of the transfer of grades, they were significantly different at the .05 level. when classified by educational level overall different with statistical significance at the .05 level and in curriculum development in educational institutions in teaching and learning management in educational institutions and the development of quality assurance systems and educational standards also differed statistically at the .05 level. and when classified by work experience Overall and each aspect is different. statistically significant at the .05 level.
