Abstract

Abstract

   The research purposes were to study the level and to compare the educational institutions administration according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy of school administrators in Warin Academic Group under the jurisdiction of Ubon Ratchathani- Amnat Charoen Secondary Education Service Area Office. The population was the teachers of schools in Warin Academic Group under the jurisdiction of Ubon Ratchathani- Amnat Charoen Secondary Education Service Area Office; the sample group was the 203 teachers. The data collection instrument was the 5-level estimate rating scale questionnaire with 5 aspects, 30 items, and reliability .94. The data analysis statistics were the mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

        The research findings were:

          1. The teacher opinion toward the educational institutions administration according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy of school administrators in Warin Academic Group under the jurisdiction of Ubon Ratchathani- Amnat Charoen Secondary Education Service Area Office found

the overall and each aspect were at high level. The each aspect consideration found the highest mean was the rationality aspect, followed by the good self-immunity aspect, the moderation aspect, and the moral conditions aspect, respectively.

1. The teachers with different of work experience had the opinion toward the educational institutions administration according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy of school administrators in Warin Academic Group under the jurisdiction of Ubon Ratchathani- Amnat Charoen Secondary Education Service Area Office found the overall did not different.

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตวาริน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี-อำนาจเจริญ ประชากรเป็นครูของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตวาริน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี-อำนาจเจริญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 203 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลเป็น

แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ใน 5 ด้าน จำนวน 35 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. ครูมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตวาริน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี- อำนาจเจริญ โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านความมีเหตุผล รองลงมา คือ ด้านการมีภูมิคุ้มกันที่ดีในตัวเอง ด้านความพอประมาณ และด้านเงื่อนไขคุณธรรม ตามลำดับ
2. ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตวาริน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี-อำนาจเจริญ โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน
