Abstract

บทความทางวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารจัดการการป้องกันปราบปรามการทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบโดยเครือข่ายภาคประชาชน ด้วยการให้ข่าวสารข้อมูลเบาะแสการร้องเรียนและเผยแพร่สื่อสารการดำเนินการต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้ความรู้และสร้างธรรมาภิบาล โดยใช้ศักยภาพของเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารออนไลน์ที่ทันสมัยในยุคเทคโนโลยีพลิกผัน(Technology Disruption) อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลเพื่อบริหารจัดการเครือข่ายภาคประชาชนให้มีส่วนร่วมอย่างจริงจังสามารถส่งข้อมูลข่าวสาร ตรวจสอบ และติดตามเร่งรัดการดำเนินการ ส่งผลต่อการป้องกันปราบปรามการทุจริตประพฤติมิชอบในภาครัฐและปกป้องทรัพยากรของชาติ เพื่อสามารถดำเนินการป้องปรามและเอานำผู้กระทำผิดมาดำเนินการให้รับโทษตามกฎหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
